India joined TWIF as the first member country from Asia.
 
Constitution
ExCo accept the revised Constitution and circulates it to the TWIF member countries. At Congress one member (Ireland) claimed that it had not received the document and therefore the decision on the Constitution is deferred to Congress 1983
 
Development
The first TWIF Manual, composed by Co Koren, is distributed to all member countries.
